1. Introduction

Workon provides professional computer support and repair services including (but not limited to) computer setup, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, software installation, virus removal, data recovery, and Wi-Fi/network solutions. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.


2. Services Provided

Workon offers the following services:

  • Computer Support & Troubleshooting

  • Computer & Laptop Repairs

  • Computer Setup & Configuration

  • Computer Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Computer Hardware Repairs & Upgrades

  • Software Installation & Setup

  • Data Recovery & Backup

  • Virus, Spyware & Malware Removal

  • Wi-Fi & Internet Setup

  • Computer & Network Security

  • Tech Training

Note: Services may be performed onsite, remotely, or via consultation depending on availability and nature of the issue.


3. Service Limitations

  • Workon will make every reasonable effort to diagnose, repair, or resolve technical issues. However, we cannot guarantee that every issue will be fully resolved.

  • Data recovery services are offered on a best-effort basis. We are not responsible for permanent data loss.

  • Some issues may require third-party hardware, software, or tools. Costs for such items are the client’s responsibility.

  • Remote services require a stable internet connection. Workon is not liable for connectivity-related issues.


4. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your device, problem, and previous repairs.

  • Back up your data before service (unless you are purchasing our backup service).

  • Ensure that you have proper authorization to request service for the device.

  • Not use our services for unlawful purposes.


5. Payments & Pricing

  • All service fees must be paid as agreed upon at the time of booking.

  • Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and required resources.

  • Payments are non-refundable once service has been rendered, except in cases where Workon fails to provide the agreed service.


6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Workon is not liable for:

    • Loss of data, files, or programs during or after service.

    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

    • Damage caused by pre-existing issues, faulty hardware, or third-party software.

  • Workon’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service.


7. Warranties

  • Workon does not provide any express or implied warranties on third-party products, parts, or software.

  • Repairs and services may come with limited warranties, which will be disclosed at the time of service.


8. Third-Party Software & Licensing

  • Workon may install or configure third-party software at your request. You are responsible for ensuring you have valid licenses for such software.

  • Workon is not responsible for legal or licensing issues arising from unlicensed software provided by the customer.


9. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Workon respects your privacy. Any personal or business data shared with us during service will be treated as confidential.

  • However, we may be legally obligated to disclose information if required by law.


10. Termination of Services

Workon reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if:

  • A customer is abusive, threatening, or engages in unlawful activity.

  • The requested service involves illegal or unethical practices.


11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the local courts.


12. Changes to Terms

Workon may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you agree to the updated terms.
